Kim Sims ("Miss Kim") is a International Fitness Instructor, Hip-Hop Choreographer/Dancer and Executive Director of Culture Shock® Oakland Dance Troupe. Her passion is to bring FITNESS and DANCE to another level of FUN. This is something you must experience! Its not just a class:

Kim's ability to make a class for EVERYONE has been featured in many Fitness and Dance conventions across the country. Teaching others to correctly train their bodies is the highest priority in her classes.
